When will my order be shipped?

All orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.

Track your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that it may take 48–72 hours for the tracking information to update. You can track your order by selecting “Track Order” from the main menu.

 Tracking number not updating?

If your order has not received any tracking updates for some time, this is most likely due to a courier issue. However, rest assured that your order will most likely still arrive within our regular delivery timeframe.
